Blocked drain pump

I have a simpson washing machine model SWT1043. It has washed the clothes but is failing to pump out the water and finish the cycle. Error code E20 comes up, the manual says that code is a drain pump blockage. I disconnected the drain pump hose to check for a blockage but water came pouring full speed all over the ground So I'm unsure if it's blocked or faulty. Can someone please have a look?
