Washing Machine stuck on 9 mins. Not finishing spin cycle.

Samsung Ecobubble inverter front loader Model WF1104XBC/XSA Serial Number --- K I have put washing machine into tst mode and no errors have come up. I have put into Spn mode and it spun up to 1400RPM fine. I have Calibrated the washing machine and reset it to factory settings. I have emptied the filter and hose of all lint. The washing machine drum spins easily and works on test spin. but on a wash cycle it gets stuck at 9 mins like it is uneven but it isn't coming up with the error code UE.
