Samsung front loader washing machine randomly switches off or won’t turn on

Samsung front loader washing machine, bubble wash. Sometimes won’t turn on. Have to unplug and wait 5 mins to reset. Usually starts again. Put on a load of washing yestuday (hot 95 degree wash) and a couple minutes into wash machine switched off. Unable to reset/ turn it on now.
