The oven seal is faulty and needs replacing, the selector switch also needs repairing. The oven is at the house I previously owned and I am committed to getting it repaired for the new owners. Therefore going to the property will need to be arranged with the new owners but I will pay, but want to be consulted about what needs to be done and how expensive it will be. Also how likely are other problems to arise in the future.
