Fixing my TV connections and re-fix antenna

Hi. We just bought and the previous owner had a sophisticated media room set up, including his own home server (Cisco system-see pictures). I got the data sorted (all the blue cables) and the speakers. Problem is that I cannot get Freeview on my TV's. I also want to get my TV antenna fixed properly as it dangles in the wind. It needs some good bracing. Perhaps a review or advice on whether or not it is the correct antenna for what I need etc. All in all, two TVs need reconnecting, and two radios/receivers need reconnecting to FM radio. These are white and red digital 'coax' cables as shown in the pictures.
