Oven not working, fan turns on but no elements.

As described in the title, no heat working in the oven, fan based settings will run the fan, but still no heat. The oven has "Award" written across it, not a brand I know, and it's a gas hob/electric oven. Hob and igniter still work fine. Not sure on a budget yet, trying to find anyone available as the landlord has given us a technician with a more than 2 week wait list.
