Washing machine repair

Our washing machine has suddenly stopped working properly. It keep giving errors which we check the Manual and attempt to fix. It seems to be having issue filling correctly and won’t use the detergent from the tray. It also keeps pausing during a cycle. It’s an Electrolux eco inverter EWF12753, approx 6 years old, cleaned regularly. All filters have been cleared and checked, main hose delivering water has been checked. Detergent dispenser tray has been cleaned and the water jets have been checked.
