"Initial thoughts were that the motor and/or control board had failed, however, perseverance revealed the motor had jammed and with a bit of brute force managed to relieve. Returned to test and cycled perfectly, much to the relief of myself, as I fully expected to have to advise either an expensive or replacement was on the cards. Jacqui and Ray were very happy with the outcome. Thanks guys!! ?"
