My washing machine sounds sad, can you help?
Job description
I think the bearings in our washing machine may need replacing or lubricating? It's a top loader, approx 12 years old, Samsung Intellect, model # SW65ASP2. The machine seems to struggle, if that's the right word, when it's doing a spin cycle.

The washing machine sounds heaps better, and Bruce was great at communicating promptly and clearly. We would highly recommend him.

"Hand tightened loose plate screws and centre bolt on the pulsator assembly. Realigned drain hose to prevent siphoning. Recommended a neutralising maintenance programme. Returned to test and found noise had abated. Lovely couple who engaged me to repair, offer advice and receptive all round. Thanks Sandre and William!"
