The freezer temp is okay and -18. The refrigerator section however is +21. I had a repair done about 4 years ago for similar problem. They replaced a large plastic back panel that has a broken flap vent that regulated freezer airflow into fridge. I think this has broken again. Samsung SLR316NW Can someone respond regarding fixing this please, one day next week.

They had to come back as part of a follow up as the freezer internal panels could not be removed because they were solidly frozen over. Once thawed out (subsequent visit) the problem was quickly identified and the refrigerator is going perfectly again. Total cost, less than $180,00. Well worth it to me.
