Hot Tortilla Industrial Press

This might be a long shot, but it's worth a try. We have an industrial hot press used to make wraps. The machine includes a motor to move the plates and a couple of elements regulated by an electric switchboard. While the motor is functioning properly, the switchboard, even though it turns on, is no longer working, and the elements are not heating up. We would like to know if anybody could either repair it or perhaps modify it so that we can continue using the machine, which is currently useless without the elements heating up.
