Kitchen Appliance and Power Jackpoints Update

I am wanting to update all of the appliances in a kitchen (rental house that I own) so need an electrician to remove the old ones first and then when I get the new ones to install them. There is a rangehood, electric hob, electric oven and dishwasher to be removed. The diswasher removal may need a plumber as well as currently the connection from tap to dishwasher is broken and for that reason we are unable to use the kitchen sink, so need this valve closed off until new dishwasher is ready to be installed. Will also want all electric jackpoints around the house checked and switches updated.
