BBQ Maintenence

Have big hooded bbq , Brand Goldair, goes very well hence wanting time spent on it ..wants new knob or two as was ignited and one of the burners may have been blocked or not working as it should and flame came back to front of BBQ and melted the 1 or 2 of the knobs, ..general clean up , stainless polished etc, doors have come off due to shifting around but just a small pin treqd that I may even be able to get from likes of mitre 10,,just havent looked.
