Peka rangehood

We've been here 11 years & stopped working around 3 years ago. Rangehood underneath a cupboard- 80 length/ 100 width- fisher & paykel but looked up serial no & they dont do this one anymore. Has tiles surrounding it ( was in before we moved in) looking to get repaired ( but dont have the cover, probably to get replaced. The pipe is in the cupboard as shown in the photos- fan is outside-selling up later this year so looking approx $350
