Oven - top and bottom element not working

Hi, we have a FISHER & PAYKEL RA610AW oven cooktop unit. both of the oven elements has stopped working but the cooktop is still functional Can someone please check it out and see if its something simple or are we better to replace the unit due to its age. ' Cheers.
