Electric cooktop burners only heat on high

My oven/cooktop is Westinghouse (Saturn) with four burners. One by one the burners have problems: now 3 out of 4 burners are only heat on high even though the dial is on low heat. Would be great if you can get back to me with a free quote for fixing them please. Many thanks.
