Ducting installed in range hood via roof space
Job description
Need the ducting installed for our range hood. Will need to be done from accessing the roof space (my partner said it’s a small space). Can’t be done by taking the range hood off the wall as the splashback is flush against the bottom of the range hood and won’t come off and don’t want to risk damaging the new hob and new stone bench. Would like it done as soon as possible but understand it’s a busy time of the year so are okay to wait a couple of months if needed.

Despite multiple attempts, Joe never turned up to complete the job. Accepted the quote 30 November and follow up email on 3 December, no reply until 17 December. I followed up again 4 and 19 January, he replied 19 January to try and fit the job in but I was at work and have not had a response back since. Very poor communication, I realize they are probably busy but customer service was lacking, doesn't take long for a quick call/email/text. 29 March and still nothing.

"Here's Another one telling half the story.
Messed around for weeks, Finally accepted the quote. Claimed no real rush blah blah. Whenever I contacted her it was no good needed to be after 5pm or another day. Our communication was excellent easy to just make things up after the fact out of spite I guess. I wouldn't recommend dealings with this person."
