Rangehood Replacement

We're wanting to: 1) have an old kitchen range-hood removed (range-hood is attached to wall, and the extractor fan goes up through ceiling directly to roof vent - see photos). 2) install a new range-hood in its place - would be after some guidance depending on would suit wall space and whether or not roof vent extractor can be re-used etc. Width of current range-hood is ~600mm Distance between range-hood and stove-top is ~1080mm (if that helps determine new range-hood type / strength etc) Have posted some photos, though would be great to have someone take a look in person, chat, and quote.
