Fix patio heater

Our patio heater has been blown over by the strong winds a few times lately. The grill part that the heat comes from has been pulled to the side as the screw has been pulled free. Hard to describe so please check out the pics. I'm not 100% sure it's repairable, ie still safe to use, so I need somebody that can make that assurance or advise me to replace the thing. It looks like it should be ok. I think it just needs a couple of new rivets. I'm not worried about the lid- I have a new one to go on. Cheers, Rebecca
