Freezer won’t freeze

I’ve got a fisher and paykel N510T. The freezer isn’t cold enough - water stays liquid overnight, frozen food doesn’t stay completely frozen. If I turn up the setting on the thermostat everything in the fridge freezes. I’ve de-iced the freezer a few times, but solid sheets of ice keep reforming at the bottom of the freezer. Maybe a drainage issue? I’ve had one before in the fridge where it was leaking water onto the floor. That hasn’t happened again since I had it repaired.
