I can not fault Tom, having tried and failed to even get anyone to answer the phone - I stumbled on builders crack. Tom was quick to communicate, super polite. And even came to my rescue ( or my fridges) on a Friday. Thanks Tom, you are a super star!! Price was beyond reasonable. I’d totally recommend Tom and would use him without hesitation again.
