Fix or Replace waster disposal

My rental property has an Emerson E20 waster disposal unit. The power fuse kept blowing so an electrician has fixed that problem but noted that the waste disposal unit doesn't work properly and believes that could be the cause of the fuse blowing. The tenant tells me that they've not used the waste disposal since they've been there (approx 1 year). I'm not sure if it hasn't been used because it didn't work, or because they don't use them. It is currently unplugged. I'm after someone who can either fix or replace the unit. You'll need to liaise directly with my tenants to arrange a day/time to do the work, and you'll need to be able to send me the invoice directly to be paid.
