Bosch gas cooktop - the wok burner has very low flame

We have a Bosch gas cooktop & we couldn't get any stronger flame on the wok burner, can anyone help with checking or fixing, could be something has blocked it or the valve is faulty. Has twisted it to the max but the flame remains on the low.

Fast & efficient, came in & fixed the gas top issue straight away. Probably good idea to give an estimate for the cost before carry on with the job.
