Fisher and Paykel alarm fault

Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer. Alarm has been going off for over a month, froze the milk a couple times and the freezer is super frozen. Wasn't a big deal though, until today, we found raw packaged mince had gone off in the fridge. It was only bought a couple days ago.
