My mum is an amazing cook but she’s old school and rough with buttons. Unfortunately none of the rangehood buttons work so we can’t use it at all, not even the light. Would be great if we could have a functioning extractor fan and overhead light while cooking again. As far as I’m aware the unit works fine but nothing will turn on as the buttons can’t be used
