Fridge repairs

Haier frost free fridge, wasnt frost free. Freezer was over freezing, fridge wasnt cold. Dial in the freezer would not turn to regulate, turned off fridge to defrost as there may have been ice forming behind the dial causing the dial not being able to move. Dial in freezer has too much play, light in fridge hasnt turned on, although we switched the fridge back on. The fridge is about 5 years old.
