Fisher and Paykel Washing Machine - ERROR: Lid Locked
Job description
I have a top-loading Fisher and Paykel washing machine that has worked fine for years. The next time I went to use it, it beeps at me with three lights on (see photos). Then, when I push the start button, the lights turn off, and the "Lid Locked" light turns on; however, the lid is not locked (see photos).

The price quoted was for the initial call-out and then additional parts. I didn't expect the parts to be as much as they were, but that was not their fault. The man who showed up was so polite, kept me informed, and always asked for approval before requesting new parts to ensure I was comfortable with the cost. I would definitely work with this company again. Very professional! : )
