I used Jay’s team to diagnose a disease that wasn’t working properly. Initial communication was great and someone came out quickly to look at the machine. Tech needed to source a new part and I was told they would be in touch in a couple of days. I did need to follow up a couple of times at this stage, and ultimately the repair was going to be too costly so we ended up replacing the very old dishwasher.
