New Midea top loader rattle

During the spin cycle it makes a bit of a rattle - quite loud but singular. Like something is being tossed around somewhere. Landlord isn't helping much even tho it's new. Can anyone have a look? I'm hoping it's a 15 minute job and there's just something that can be screwed back in.
