"Hi Ray,thanx 4 ur comments.I think we definitely deserved a better comment than this as firstly,we provided a free on site visit @ no charge,secondly ur stove unit was full of cockroaches as ur tenants were not happy @ all cuz they wanted a new stove unit,thirdly we searched 4 the part @ no charge due 2 the stove unit was a really old one & yes,we did sticked 2 our fixed quoted price of $227.70,including gst,even though we had 2 go five times on site 4 a small repair job like this,which included on site visits on sunday & after hours as that's when ur tenant were available.This shud have been a 5/5 comment on all as our quality of workmanship was superberb,we sticked 2 our original quoted fixed price as discussed on the phone call made 2 Australia by us & which was agreed on the phone & on the Builderscrack website and there was no changes at all on pricing 4rm fixed original quoted price.Also we were on time as discussed 4 all visits despite ur tenant were not available on 3 separate visits as their phone was not working,but we still never charged any extra 4 all this at all and also we did attended within 24 hours @ no charge 4 a free quote/advice & did provided updates 2 ur tenant & urself on the phone/emails & finally,the job was carried out by an registered electrical inspector 4 all repairs & all work did comply upto AS/NZS standards during the repair job carried out on site.We got all signed job order details 4rm ur tenants on site that it was an excellent work done by our company.We received ur contact on thursday & contacted ur tenant on friday & completed the whole job on tuesday as monday was a public holiday gone by recently.It was nearly 1 week 4rm when the job was completed and we didn't received the billing details till we had 2 call on overseas/Australian mobile contact 4 billing details.Anyways it's nearly 3 weeks now since we had completed the job & I wl make sure that the bill is sent out today by office & be strictly paid within seven days as we had a very bad experience on this job.Many thanx 4 ur support & 4 ur business.Thnx,vim."
