Samsung toploader washing machine trouble filling up with water

I have a 6kg samsung washing machine without agitator. It is having problems with the first cycle which is filling it up with water. It takes a long time and still hasn't got enough to go to the next stage. I have checked the valves at the back and there seems to be nothing the matter, no clogging or rust. Im sure its nothing major. So desperately need someone that's not going to rip me off and to fix the problem. Thanks.
