Bosch front loader seal issue
Job description
Hi. I've been having a little mould issue around door seal of my bosch front loader for a few months now. Have tried in wash cleaners but doesn't help. I think an issue is water being left on rim of seal and not draining away, causing quite a bit of scum. Mould now spreading.

Bruce called me soon after posting the job, he was available and offered to come and have a look at the job very promptly. His communication skills were top notch, and his professionalism shown through! I was not here when he came to have a look at our washing machine, but my Husband was, and he was also very impressed with Bruce's friendly and professional manner and expertise. "Offered Jen 2 options and when I called to site found the cheaper option resolved the issue. I spoke and guided Dan through the process I employed. He was genuinely grateful that I explained replacing the part in question would serve no useful purpose. I recommended a maintenance schedule which was appreciated. Lovely people to work for!
