Repair Applico K9GLSS rangehood

Neither the extraction or the light are currently working on the appliance. An electrician has checked it and says it is receiving power. It is an Applico Cooker Hood K9GLSS model number --- and is about 12 years old. The appliance is located at our beach house and we won't be back there until 26 April staying until 30 April so would need to make a time between those dates.
