Campervan gas cooker

We just purchased a campervan and of the 3 gas rings, can only get one to stay on consistently, I think it needs a clean under the middle bit I'm guessing, but not sure the safest way to do this, I have cleaned around the outside but still can't get other two to work continuously, one won't stay on and one will sometimes stay on
