Samsung washer & dryer combo - wont start, problem with door lock mechanism

Hello, we need a professional to fix our Samsung washer dryer machine. We suspect it has something to do with the door mechanism not clicking. It has been an issue for months now but usually we just repeat opening and closing door and press play until it locks and start its washing cycle. But seems like we have ran out of luck and as it doesnt start cycle anymore. Machine still has power and turns on. One tricky thing to note about this job is its on a very tight corner and pretty hard to pull out. Picture attached .
