Fridge temperature keeps raising Samsung fridge

I have a fridge and freezer two door , currently the freezer is staying at -25 and has no issues with freezing things but my fridge part is sitting at 14c and sometimes goes down to 3c but keeps going up again. When I first got it there was no issues but recently it just won’t stay cold. Just wondering how much it will cost to fix
