Fantastic experience with Bruce repairing multiple issues with 3 appliances (washing machine, gas oven with hobs, and rangehood) in one visit. Appreciated his knowledge and thorough assessment pre-visit based on reported symptoms. Clear communication about likely causes, recommended approach, specific parts needed and labour cost for the job was great. Also genuinely very pleasant to deal with. Previously worked through the issues, from the supplied information, assessed what and where the problems were and identified the parts required; which were purchased from an online Supplier.
