Fisher Paykel induction stove, oven has electric problem
Job description
We have a F&P induction stove and the over underneath it doesn't work. The stove works fine and it's all part of one unit. Probably blown fuse or something.

Fault was a user error. I got charged for callout twice because first time we didn't exchange address quickly enough and I was in a meeting when he called while he was on his way. Arguably could have waived this cost as the guy didn't confirm address before venturing out.

"Sorry about that mate, I wouldn't have charged normally but I travelled from Tawa and waited over an hour in Upper Hutt for a text response on the first visit. I felt that was time I could've spent elsewhere, but I see where you are coming from.
