Insinkerator replacement

Hi I have an waste disposal unit which seems to be broken - when I try to run it, it seems to make a an attempt to start, then fizzles out. We’ve had this unit for well over 12 years so am not surprised and am looking to replace this. For this job, I’d require tradie to: 1. Recommend a similar waste disposal unit I can purchase ahead. 2. Come and replace the broken one waste disposal unit with the new one, and clear out any remaining food waste that got stuck. 3. Dispose of the broken unit. Any questions please let me know.
