Fix Oven & outside light, add oven extractor fan

Hi I'm after someone fully qualified to fix an oven that doesn't turn off properly. It stays on after you turn the oven dial to zero. Plus an outside light out the back door is not working (blows a fuse everytime you turn it on). Also I need a basic extractor fan put in above oven. Photos show the space above the oven and the outside view of it. Thank you Job is in Taita
