Kitchen rangehood install

I need a rangehood installed in a kitchen with no ventilation currently. There is very little crawl space in the ceiling to get access to where I think the vent would be required to sit to get routed out to the soffit. A PowerPoint also needs to be installed on the wall. The ceiling is a 60s style with I believe it’s called juilet ceiling tiles. Photos are attached with the suggested/preferred location and also a photos inside the ceiling to show the little access. The ceiling photo with the torch light is roughly where the vent would need to pop up. The house is a rental with tenants in it.
