Joe's skills tick all the boxes! I had a number of tasks (TV 's attached to walls; light fittings; smoke alarm; checked circuits etc) I needed help with across two houses ... he assessed what was needed promptly and returned to complete. He even got down a suitcase for me. He was v good at explaining issues. I highly recommend Joe.
