"Discussed faulting condition and possibilities. Agreed to call to assess, report findings and repair, if possible. After carrying out tests with and without load machine appeared to operate within specifications, however noted that it wasn't level. Adjusted feet. Returned to test and tested ok. Advised that should problem recur that I'm happy to return without further charge. Another satisfied customer. Thank you Andrea!"
