Vent that needs clearing

I have a dryer that i got vented to the outdoors last year worked great and reduced condensation now i think the vent is blocked the dryer is steaming and last time i used it it was smoking. Ofcourse i stopped it but it has been sitting for a few months and need to get it sorted for winter. Im assuming that the pipe or the ducting is blocked
