Faulty Fridge

This is a new Parmco double door fridge/freezer that is faulty. It has been replaced with another fridge. It doesn't cool down. When they replaced it they said a panel componant on top of the fridge needs replacing. That was 6 months ago and they still haven't taken the fridge back. So we want to know how much this repair would cost. Thank you
