3 Appliances needing some help

I'm hoping to find someone who is able to help me with all of the below. Smeg rangehood...turns on on a good day but then can't turn it off again Smeg oven....has an error 5 which when I google says fan oven heating element Electrolux washing machine that makes a racket on the spin cycle. Can't see if anything is stuck or not. It's just over 2years old so hopefully nothing too major!
