Balancing switch

I've tried trouble shooting this issue myself, I have an simpson eziset 800, water temp lights all flashing rapidly, according to simpson, this means it's out of balance. Taken all the washing out and retired, put a peice of cardboard under the back right to attempt to move the loader away from the balancing switch, nothing has worked, according to google and YouTube, I need a new balancing switch
