Braun MultiToast Model --- Type 4119

Electrician to get our Braun MultiToast (model --- Type 4119) working again. The toaster was working just fine until recently. Now it does not turn on when the bar is pushed down. Completely dead. We cleaned it and looked for some kind of fuse, but found nothing. Nothing in the instructions about resetting it. We would prefer to pay for it to be repaired rather than buy another one.
