Hoover washer drum won’t turn

Our Hoover 7.5kg front loader washing machine won’t spin. We’ve cleaned the filter, checked the drainage and pipes and done a reset. But the drum still doesn’t turn when on. It turns manually when off just fine. The machine is about 4 years old.
