Washing machine fix

So I've got a Samsung front loader model --- iw, so what happens is everytime I turn it on an start a load of washing it always comes up with this DC on the screen, then i try balance it or take out washing start it empty an still doe the same thing. Just wanting to know if it can be fixed or what I need to do.
